Returns Policy

READY-TO-WEAR:
JAXON HOWELL does not offer refunds. However ready to wear hats in original, unworn condition can be exchanged or issued a credit note within 30 days of purchase. Must be accompanied by all original packaging, tags and invoice.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Are not eligible for refund or exchange. Alterations can be accommodated by request and at the discretion of JAXON HOWELL.

All returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery from JAXONHOWELL.COM. Shipping costs for returned merchandise will be at the responsibility of the customer, proof of postage is required.
