Every Jaxon Howell hat is made to measure with the finest materials and personalized finishing touches. I'll walk you through the entire process from start to finish. We'll pick the color, shape and design of your hat, and I'll help you measure your head for the perfect fit.

How To Order Your Custom Hat:

Step 1: Click above to purchase your custom Jaxon Howell hat.

Step 2: Immediately after your order is received, you’ll get an email with a link to book your priority consultation (in studio or on Zoom) between 10am-4pm Pacific Time.

Step 3: During your 45-minute bespoke consultation, I will…

  • Ask you questions to get to know your unique style, preferences and personality so that we can create your perfect custom piece.
  • Help you choose a felt color that compliments your wardrobe and a crown shape and brim size that best suits your face/ head shape.
  • Showcase different design options including the band, stitching details and the signature nail finish to best suit your style.
  • Help you select personalized design details you may want to add to the hat, like a favorite quote, lucky number, family heirloom, special name, initials or dates.
  • Take your head measurements and head shape so that when you get your hat, it fits you perfectly (in studio only).
  • For virtual consultations, I will guide you through take your own accurate head measurements.

Step 4: Wait for your one-of-a-kind creation! All hats deliver in 8-10 weeks and ship worldwide in a custom Jaxon Howell hat box.

Jaxon’s attention to detail in the making of his hats is phenomenal. I have both custom hats and hats from his website in my collection and all are equally outstanding purchases that are great value for the money and a pleasure to wear on any occasion. You seldom come across hand made articles in any category these days and I would say discovering his website and meeting him in person for consultation and personal fitting of my hats was one of the best experiences for me in a long time. Do yourself a favour - if you’re a hat person or a fan of handcrafted accessories - you should give him a try - you won’t be disappointed and you will likely end up owning a collectible wardrobe accessory that you will enjoy for a long time. The first time I came across his page on Instagram I fell in love with the hats and I knew I had to get one. Fast forward 5 months I flew to Vancouver on vacation and made sure to visit Jaxon’s studio for my custom measurements. Well all I can say is from the measurements to curating me a custom piece I know have 3 custom pieces from him and believe you me I am just getting started.. If you truly want a unique hat go with Jaxon.

Over the moon with my two custom felt hats from Jaxon Howell. The entire process, from consult to delivery, was top notch and my hats are even better than I imagined they would be. The fit of these customs are nothing you’ll find in a store and the small details are personalized and tasteful. I am just starting my third hat with Jaxon and can’t wait for the outcome. Incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail. Love my hat! Jaxon collaborated with me to custom-tailor every detail, and even built in a few mementos from my travels and pyrographed my favourite song lyric by hand. It feels like wearing a one-of-a-kind piece of art. You can't find a better hat maker. (PS. I've never received more compliments and attention than I do when wearing this lol.)
